I'll try to do some more updates later -- for now, we have to sleep when Seamus does, and he's not sleeping more than an hour at a time so far. We just slept for a whole hour and fifteen minutes, and I woke up convinced that I'd just slept for at least four hours.
Despite this cruel behavior of his, we still adore him. Even when he's yelling and waving his little fists, he's still the cutest thing we've ever seen.
Thanks to all of you for your congratulations and kind words -- I've really enjoyed reading them. Greta hasn't had time to ... although I've changed many a meconium-smeared diaper and re-done the burrito wrap over and over again, I'm practically a man of leisure compared to Greta ... since she has the baby-feeding equipment.
It's great having NanaBanana here ... I have no idea how couples who are all alone cope with this.

poor seamus. he's been out in the world for about 19 hours and his dad is already complaining. i say live it up seamus, it's party time! no sleep! no sleep!
