Just now, Greta said (while "beastfeeding" Seamus), "Jimma, he needs a cap -- can you bring me one?"
I picked one up off of a table, brought it over to her, and tried to put it on Greta's head.
She looked at me in shock. "Were you seriously trying to do that?" she asked.
I stood there for a moment, then quietly said, "Uh, yes," and put the cap on Seamus' head.

That slayed me.
I'd like to say that every sleep-deprived dad has done this, but, uh, I've never heard that one. At least she didn't ask you to change his diapers.
