On Wednesday, we had the news of Liz and Aaron's new arrival; today I learned that The Creator and his lovely wife, Jen, are anticipating a wormling in June 2007! That is one lucky kid ... he/she will have the coolest parents north of NYC.
And I still have a half hour left to wish a happy birthday to Evelin, whom we miss very much ... we even miss her digressive work stories! Evelin, I wish we could come downstairs and have some Whole Foods cake with you, and laugh at Leila's antics ...
... and finally, Happy Birthday as well to Antoinette, Seamus' maternal great-grandmother. I hope that he inherits even a fraction of her energy, generosity of spirit, and sheer joy in life ... and that we can help to encourage these traits in him.

I predict girl for Brad & Jen, because I'm currently short on nieces (just 1, vs. 2 nephews and a step-nephew) and that would help even things out. ;o)
