beets-es.
we grew them from seeds! feels pretty good to grow something from a seed and i recommend beets because they only take about 6 weeks to mature. these ones are very spicy and nice. we also have some micro greens, but i am not counting them because they aren't mature. they are really tasty though!!

Boo, I thought they were beetses! I love beetses! especially the tiny yellow and red ones in our local Farmers Market -- hey, I'm goin' there today, it's thursday! I think it's thursday -- what with the packing and moving, the days just slide right on by.
